Centerstone

Centerstone, one of the nation’s leading behavioral healthcare providers, chose us to design their new Dede Wallace Campus in Nashville - complete with a multi-phase master plan for the 6.4-acre site that included three main buildings, open and covered parking, walking trails, patient pavilions and outdoor park space, and the preservation of mature trees and plantings. Since completion of the Wallace Campus, 5.13 has continued to work with Centerstone, with a new project in Tullahoma beginning fall of 2020.

Greenbriar Village

Greenbriar Village is an 11-acre commercial development with more than 200,000 square feet of space in the heart of Nashville’s Green Hills neighborhood. Comprised of multiple retail, restaurant, and office buildings - including well-known mainstays like Fox’s Donut Den, Levy’s, and Parnassus Books - the entire complex was in need of significant renovation and rebranding.

Guy Brown

The partners of this Future 50 Company in Brentwood, Tennessee, requested a work environment with a distinctive design reflecting their personalities and progressive business model. The 5,200 square foot building is constructed on a highly visible and challenging site previously considered ‘unbuildable’ due to easements, setbacks and grading issues. However, we saw potential in the site’s excellent views to nearby roadways and benefits from its adjacency to a richly landscaped entry to the development.

Ridgetop Residence

Sited atop a hillside, this house commands broad views of the outer Nashville basin, a scenic area southwest of the city. Designed to take advantage of these spectacular views and assimilate indoor-outdoor living, the home is a composition of alternating volumes tied together horizontally with roof overhangs. Organized around a 25-foot-high gallery that connects the ground level from north to south, a series of glass bridges connect private spaces on the upper levels. Two one-story wings that include a lap pool and a garage define a large public entry court.
